We comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and guarantee the possibility of exchanging or returning the goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Return period
The buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that all necessary conditions are met:
Conditions for return/exchange: the goods have not been used
the product appearance is preserved (without damage, abrasions, dirt)
the factory packaging, tags, labels, receipt or other confirming document are preserved

Agree on the return with the manager and get the shipping address.
Send the goods via "Nova Poshta".
After receiving and checking the goods, the funds are returned to the buyer's card within 3-5 business days.
The cost of delivery when returning or exchanging the goods is paid by the buyer.
Individual orders
According to Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods of proper quality made to the individual order of the buyer are not subject to return or exchange, namely:
products with personalization (engraving, initials, etc.)
products made to individual parameters (size, color, modifications)
